The content created in this area of Wagtail is for publications.

Adding a new publications page

Once you’re logged into the Publications Wagtail, navigate to Pages and click Publications at the top of the slide in panel.

From here you can add a page to the Publications Listing Page. ****You don’t have to access the Publications Listing Page to do this.

Click the 3 dots to bring up the action menu and click Add child page

You will see 2 options:

  1. File based Publication detail page (to upload a PDF file)
  2. HTML based Publication detail page (to create a web page)

Creating a file based publication

Use the File based publication detail page for PDF publications.

You need to fill all the necessary fields of the form:

Short description (160 characters) Not required, but can be added if available.
Published date Yes
Health region If publication is for a health region, select all that apply.
Publication type Yes
Publication summary Yes
File Yes

In the Promote tab fill in the SEO fields.

Categories Yes

Once you’ve filled in all the fields, upload the publication PDF and publish.
