Welcome and intro to workshop (5 to 10 minutes)

Explain the purpose of the session and go over the agenda.

The HSE is developing an app with the overall goal to improve peoples’ experience when accessing health services, and to provide easier access to their health information.

We have been conducting ongoing research effort's with patients and hospital staff to better understand the value of such an app and how it might best support them throughout their health care journey.
