Throughout the publishing workflow you should think about the lifespan of your content and when it needs to be unpublished.
Set a review or unpublish date, depending on the type of content you’re publishing. Reviews must happen every year and it’s your responsibility to review your content to make sure it’s current. Fresh content rates much better in Google. In addition, you must keep your content up-to-date whenever something changes.
